Oro Egypt for Manufacturing Precious Metals (L’azurde) is offering a loyalty program to offer discounts to L’azurde stores customers exclusively in Egypt.
Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Program:
Points can be collected as follows:
For Gold Purchases: Points are collected on total labor charges cost only from invoice to be granted as 1 point for each EGP upon purchases from any branch of L’azurde Egypt excluding coins and bullion
For Diamonds Purchases: Points are collected on total invoice value as 1 point for each EGP upon purchases from any branch of L’azurde Egypt excluding sealed diamond stones
For redemption: redemption value is 3% from total points collected from either gold or diamonds purchases. Redemption of points is only valid on diamonds purchases
In case of redemption of points every 33 points = 1 Egyptian pound
The customer can check the points balance through the L’azurde Rewards website by entering the mobile number and code or they can ask one of the L’azurde employees after giving them the code of the customer, which is sent through SMS message.
Points must be added by L’azurde sales team on the same day of purchase and through the same branch from which purchase was made.
The validity of points is a calendar year from the date of adding points.
Points cannot be transferred to another subscriber or non-subscriber number.
Points cannot be redeemed for any cash amount from any branch.
L’azurde reserves the right to cancel points at any time and to any customer.
L’azurde reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time.
L’azurde has the right to suspend the program at any time
